Questions
Does Thaqil take a commission on rentals?
No. The owner sets the price per day, and you see the full price before you book.
How do I know a company is trustworthy?
Approved companies have had their commercial registration checked by the Thaqil team. Each company profile also shows ratings from other approved companies, its number of listings and when it joined.
Which payment methods can I use?
mada, Apple Pay, Visa and Mastercard through a trusted payment gateway. You can also use your wallet balance or a discount coupon.
I’m an individual, not a company. Can I post a listing?
Listings are open to approved company accounts. Switch your account to a company account in the app and send your details for review.
Is the app available on iPhone?
Yes. The app is on the App Store for iPhone and on Google Play for Android.
Is the app available in English?
Yes. The app works in Arabic and English, with a dark mode.
